You can still get a new carbureted Yamaha.....and save some bucks over the FI version. Check with either of the two area factory Yamaha dealers.
Your hubby is correct - the Yamahas are splash systems and have no oil filter.

All three brands of those gas carts are good - go with the one you feel is the right one for you.
