I have not experienced what you describe as I have rarely driven a golf cart in TV. However I do understand your feeling about what kind of does this sort of thing. I'd like to relate and incident I had last year at either the Walmart or Target on 441.

You know how there are extra wide isles in these kinds of stores with enough room to stock items in the middle virtually making it two isles? Well, I was riding my mobility scooter on the right side of the center stock when suddenly I hear a woman approaching from behind me loudly and in a not so friendly way say "Beep-beep! Move, you're in my way" as she must have had to slow down and get delayed at least a whole two to five seconds. To make it worse, if she wasn't so lazy (or had some other attribute)to just move to the other side of the stock and the left part of the isle, she would had have clear sailing without missing a beat.

I'll spare you my thoughts and what I said to her as she rapidly passed me following her snooty nose and I guess I'll just sum this all up by saying... Yes Bob47, they do exist, live and breath!
