If you live in Pennecamp would you move there again, If yes why, if no why not.
Thanks in advance for sharing your honest thoughts.
Pennecamp is a new-er village; couple, three years old and has a mixture of all kinds of homes, patio and courtyard villas, cottages, designers and premiers. One of the premiers on the lake sold for well over a million dollars a couple of years ago. It is on the western side of TV not too far from 466A but north of it. It has a lot of wonderful folks who post on here living near or in it. The closest grocery at the moment is at Colony Plaza but the new Sweetbay may be nearer. I'd guess that is a little closer to Sumter Landing than Brownwood for entertainment. At this time 466 and 441/26 has the biggest amount of commercial properties and retail along their corridors but within a few years I am pretty sure that 466A and 44 will catch up or maybe even at some time have more.

Every villager will tell you that their village is the best. If it takes a little longer to get to the grocery, it is a lovely ride in your car or golf cart.
