I own a CYV in Pennecamp and consider this village the center of the universe (Villages Universe)
As Gracie stated, Pennecamp is approximately 3-4 years old a short golf cart ride to anywhere. We have many pools and rec centers close by, no less than 10 Exec golf courses within a 2 mile radius, along with Cane Garden CC around the corner.
LSL approx. 3-4 miles away, Brownwood approx. 6 miles, SS approx. 9 miles away. Would I buy in Pennecamp again -- absolutely
