Why did Gary and/or Mark Morse wake up one day and say 'you know those people over there just have it too nice. What more can we do to those people'? We've closed the Silver Lake restaurant, we've closed the OBCC restaurant and tiki bar, we've closed the church on the square (where many of these people have worshiped for years).
There is just no logical explanation for this action...only silence. Harold Schwartz would roll over in his grave if he knew how many of his old friends are being treated.

"They" didn't
close the Orange Blossom restaurant. The restaurant who was leasing the facility failed to renew the lease. I am sure that the Morses want to rent it to a new restaurant business, greedy and dispicible as they are. If it is sitting there empty..they aren't getting rent money. Could it have been that the restaurant folks weren't making as much money as they wished, or their business had dropped for some reason?
The wall is the issue. Maybe you are right and Gary is an ugly greedy person. Those of you who are posting that yet haven't moved here, maybe you should rethink it.
I hope the answer will not be that we will never know why. Because many are sure that they do know why.
