This post confuses me a lot. First your statement about the trails is not true. All trails and paths North of 466 are owned by the CDD's. And why would you think the Developer has a desire to keep outrsiders out. Have you ever noticed that the town squares encourage outsiders and there are no limitations to outsiders other than Katie Bells.. Championship golf courses are open to outsiders.
