who is peachie and where do they get their information?

Hi, njbchbum. Sorry if my sentence was vague, the permit I was referring to was that needed to build the assisted living center. If you traveled the path in question prior to the assisted living center being built, you would have seen the signs posted pleading with people to support this building project they would be sure to get them through their lot on a cart. (You know, vote purchasing to get their project approved.)

Approval has been given for SPRUCE CREEK residents, not Stonecrest as you indicated, to cross 441/27 in their golf carts, at their entrance intersection with the traffic lights. This was published earlier this year and, I believe, details and signage are being worked out. Perhaps EdV can provide more details but it was approved. I was somewhat surprised others from the Historic section hadn't referred to this fact. Stonecrest would, of course, also be able to cross to Spruce Creek in their golf carts but I don't think Spruce Creek will let them in.

(Thanks Chuckinca and spk7951 for the crossing verification.)

And I get my information from standard news sources and signage observation. Hope this helps, now back to the subject at hand...
