Everybody has a right to their opinion about build-out: When, and how it will affect the price of your house are the main questions and opinions. It appears that most believe that when build-out does happen that prices of homes with go up substantially. I don't agree with that assumption---not at all. It's TV'S marketing of new homes that brings in prospects for resales. Without hundreds of people coming to TV because of their fantastic marketing programs, I think prices will level off and perhaps even go down a bit. Any Sales Representative that tells you prices will go up when there are no more new homes being built is strictly giving a self serving opinion with no validity. There can be a "bubble" even
in TV real estate.
