My husband agrees with you, justjim. I was thinking that maybe a build-out would reduce the supply, but you make a good point; the marketing campaign would no longer be there. Plus, sad to say, there will probably be more of a supply than in a non-retirement community due to our age.
But I plan to enjoy myself and not worry a lick about it!
