Default Workaround to Morse's Concrete Curtain

I have come up with a potential plan to share with you if you’re willing to put the time into it. Here it is:

Go to google earth (or whatever mapping software you have) and type in this address “Bowersox Dr. Lady Lake, FL”.

To the left of Bowersox Dr. is an empty lot that is an unpaved street continuance of Bowersox under the control of the town of Lady Lake. To the left of that you will see a rather large (24 acre) lot and residence that is owned by Mr. Ron Brown, the original owner of much of the land around here. And then to the left of that is Lowes.

Now before I say anything else, do not, repeat, DO NOT starting using this entrance because you’ll be trespassing across his residential property and he is the last person you want to pi$$ of at this point. Remember he was instrumental in getting approval for a paved path through the new HarborChase complex aand across his commercial property.

Instead work with Elaine Dreidame of the POA to get a meeting with HarborChase of Villages Crossing. The objective would be to see if Mr. Brown would be willing to allow temporary golf cart access through the lower part of his property until the wall issue is somehow resolved.

Remember the Mr. Brown sold the land to Harbor Chase and worked with them to get a paved path approved by the town. So if Gary Morse built the Concrete Curtain to put the screws them, this might be a great way to stick him back.

Also, from the information in the Lady Lake Land Records, it appears that this little plot of land next to Bowersox is not part of Orange Blossoms Hills and is therefore not subject to their deed restrictions that might otherwise preclude using this property for a cart path.

Comments and discussions are encouraged but please keep this thread limited to discussing this potential workaround and not the wall itself.
