Try soaking it in cold water. Next spray it with a stain remover while the shirt is still damp and leave it rolled up for several hours. Then open up the shirt and (over the kitchen sink) see if you can move the stain by gently rubbing the fabric together, it should at least get lighter and you could try dish detergent on it at this point. If all else fails, gently, very gently try dabbing the stain with diluted bleach. If all this fails see if the Dry Cleaners will try to get the stain out.
