they are not spec homes. They are homes with the content 90% of custom home builders would put in their homes.
They are built in advance custom built homes....saving everybody time and money.
As for premiers almost every premier home sold undergoes an expansion/modification/remodel/etc during the first few years of ownership.
By the way anybody who has ever had a truly custom built home designed and built would know thaere are no custom built homes in TV.
