We closed today and it was fun! It was more joyous and fun than any real estate transaction I ever took part in! My husband had tears in his eyes as we signed the papers buying our tiny retirement home in DelMar. Now it's back to Atlanta to try to sell a huge 5 bedroom house! We can't wait to live the simple life in TV!! We met our wonderful neighbours today, both very nice helpful couples. We lived 13 years at our old home and have not been given help like we did today after knowing them for 5 minutes! It's unbelievable, and that friendliness is contagious and makes us want to pay it forward!
