I love the weather here October til May. I like the "atmosphere" April to Dec. Don't get me wrong, I truly appreciate having snowbirds since we would not have half the stores and restauarants we have year round if we didn't have a "busy season". I lived in a tourist area and know the importance of a "high season" to keep a local economy going.
I guess you could say I have the same reaction to snowbirds as I do my grandchildren....I love to have them come visit and I love to have them go home
