Don't feel alone, we bought ours after seeing it online. We had decided on a new CYV because of the fenced/walled back yard. And to add to that, it was completely furnished! We saw some pictures on TV website, and had our realtor take some others. We had been looking for months and months for a Bonifay on a corner. I woke up one morning, told my husband, lets just buy this one. We were not disappointed! We loved it, and saw it a couple days before closing. We even managed to fit a small pool in the backyard after our April 3rd closing. We just knew it was important to be there, even if it was only part time.
