I have the same solution for these guys and for gang-bangers:

You like to kill? Fine. You're bored? Fine. We can handle that.

You will be on the next ship out to the front fighting lines. Just a gun and zero training; you seem to know how to kill, anyway. Let's see how you handle it with someone just a little tougher than you and just as hell-bent on killing someone/something.
