Hi Beef - I'm 50 and just moved here a few months ago. Great place to be.
We will be here 70% of the time and renting our place out the other 30%, but we are loving it here. Very relaxed a friendly, with quite a few of us "young ones" around to spice things up. Actually, I'm pretty tame compared to some of these seniors! They know how to have a good time!
