I see "what the" situations every day here. We have vacationers, old folks, and some just simply unaware of their surroundings. I reject the idea that they do the things they do just to make someone else mad. It is more likely that some of us just look for things to complain about. Why don't someone with the know how put together a friendly things todo list for the offenders.
