Subject: VCCDD Water Main Replacement Project


In the next few weeks, VCCDD will be starting a construction project in the Lady Lake portion of The Villages to replace some aging water mains. The mains will be replaced using a pipe bursting process, which should minimize disruption to the residents and to the roads. I wanted to give you all this preliminary notice so that you would be aware that it’s coming. We don’t anticipate much impact on the roads, but it is a possibility, and there will be certain intersections that will get impacted.
