Everyone has their own terminology, so there's no definitive answer. Here's mine ....
A seasonal resident owns a home in TV and another home someplace cooler. And spends time every year in both homes. Estimated to be around 40% of the population.
A snowbird spends winters in Florida.
And a snowflake swirls around, not sure where they will hang their hat next.
