A few weeks back my wife and I had lunch there. I am a rib fanatic..The food looked good, a little dry though. The ribs were not to my liking as they had been cooked way too long, the bone was falling apart and the meat was dry. An older gentleman stopped by and asked what I thought of the food. I told him what was described here and he said the ribs had been put on the fire way too early that day and they were just getting the bugs out of their process. I'll give it another try later.
An interesting side note. The guy told me he was the owner's father and owned all the adjacent land. He also stated that a very large portion had been sold to the villages and was scheduled for development as part of the villages. No build out in sight.
