The Delaware Chancery Court system pays for most of the state sevices here. Every major corporation in the country is incorporated here and pays the state for the privilege.



Interesting...always wondered why my employer who is headquartered in Houston and has operations in Illinois and Alabama is incorporated in Delaware.
