I would use The Villages Gourmet Club's website's Search Page and just check off "SW Orange County". It lists 68 restaurants in that part of Orlando and many are right on I-Drive but are pretty much aimed at the tourists and conventioneers, if you have to stay right in that area. All depends on how much you want to spend. Many hotels in the area have Sunday Brunch but they're pretty pricey. We've never been disappointed by the Stonewood chain and Taverna Opa on I-Drive is a lot of fun at night. I hear the Cheesecake Factory has a very nice Sunday Brunch at the Millenia Mall. Can't go wrong with cheesecake for breakfast, can you?
