It is 100% right that you can go to the Bank with what the POA covers and we are one lucky community to have Elaine as a President of the POA. We should not lose track that there is a Board that makes up the POA under Elaine and they are also critical to the providing input and expertise to the community. (Note: I am not on the Board but just an observer of the POA actions). Just a review of the POA monthly Bulletins gives one an idea of how knowledgeable that Board is and what great leadership they have.
