Dear Andy, In accordance with the relocation of the Mayors office from 3037 Bradshaw Lane to 3035 1/2 Bradshaw Lane, I would like to request that the Village purchase some furnishings to further enhance the ability of said Mayor to tend to the needs of his loyal residents:
#1 - Executive Desk
#2 - High back leather chair (brown)
#3- Laptop computer with Wi-Fi link (there's no phone service in the loo)
#4 - Credenza
#5 - Two leather arm chairs for visitors (although I don't think there will be any).
Please issure RFP's to any eligible merchants for delivery within two weeks (the sooner, the better).
Oh yea - #6 - an exhaust fan (it really stinks in there)
