Thought Luigino's had outside seating, but don't remember ever noticing a bar there. I could be wrong. Regardless, I'm thrilled that Athens is doing well enough to grow. I've seen a lot of restaurants try to succeed there and fail miserably. When Athens first opened, no one gave it long, either. It has now been three years and the place is thriving thanks to reasonable prices, good food and good service. So, cheers for them and the new bar they are building.
