I have spent hours on the phone waiting and waiting and getting the runaround. I have done some searches on TOTV and have read that Brighthouse is an option for internet. I have the highest speed that Comcast offers so I would need that. Can you all tell me if I am making a mistake by ditching Comcast and picking up Brighthouse for internet only? How is their customer service? Do you have speed problems with Brighthouse and interruptions? Any help will be much appreciated.

I am in the same situation. My only other option is Century Link. The little bit of savings I would see by switching to Century Link would be eaten up with installation charges and the modem and wireless router rental. Now Comcast wants to charge you for troubleshooting beyond the basic, "unplug your modem" diagnosis. Unbelievable.
