You might try one of these:
Shanghai Café,
69 Bayard, 69 Bayard St (what a coincidence) which is off Mott St.
Big Wing Wong,
Peking Duck House
These are all on Mott St. except 69 Bayard.
My old favorite at 10 Pell St. changed hands and names. There's still a restaurant there but I really didn't care for it with the new owners.
These places are all near the typical Chinatown shops. Actually pretty much all of Chinatown is near these shops.

If you're not used to Chinatown be prepared for massive crowds. That's just the way it is there.
