Didn't stop the lady from berating me calling me an idiot because I was running with traffic instead of against. These tunnels can be dangerous entering or exiting enough without running into an unexpected pedestrian on the other side.

Running thru a tunnel is a very dangerous thing to do. It is extremely hard to
see a person in the darkness of the tunnel when going in there from the bright, bright sunlight.
It takes a few seconds for the eyesight to adjust to the darkness in the tunnel, and
it only takes a second to hit somebody who's close to the entrance.....and not facing the entering carts so you can jump out of harm's way if need be.
