He would be stupid to let us out of The Villages in our golf carts to spend money that he doesn't get a cut of. He is not stupid!
are you thinking that the fruitland villages will be self-sufficient for necessities beyond the personal amenities? or will everyone there be required to own a car so that they can get to colony for shopping? or will there be an internal golf cart path to morse blvd?
