I would like to share the name of an extremely reputable and knowledgeable contractor who installed plantation shutters in my first home and completed installation in my second home in The Villages. Michael Hickmon, owner of Exceptions Blinds and Shutters takes pride in his products and installs each and every one personally. His prices are better than Lowe's and his products are far superior.
