This is another aggressive attempt to intimidate groups who will be working to inform Americans about their new health insurance options and help them enroll in coverage

In a statement on Wednesday, the state health department said counselors trained to help people sign up for health insurance have been barred from state Health Department facilities

Actually I think the real purpose of the outreach program is to add more voters to the rolls, legal or otherwise, who will then vote for politicians who will give them even more free stuff. Other than that, the "outreach" effort is very noble and warms the heart.
