As far a taking a poll on the Affordable Care Act, it would be more informative to ask the 30 million uninsured Americans, who will now be able to purchase affordable health care insurance, how they like the law than the posters on this forum, none of whom are lawmakers as far as we know.

I know and am related to plenty of hardworking uninsured people who need what ACA promises. And many of them and the others in the country will
still be uninsured after all the spending, increased taxation and
decreased employment takes place. Some might call THAT "cruel".
And many of them might get a new insurance card to put in their wallet, but they will still end of in the ER because the existing primary care doctor shortage will force them to seek treatment the same way they do now, in the most expensive place of all: the ER, because they have a problem that can't wait weeks/months/years.
