I cannot understand all the back and forth on a Del Webb community and here. It sounds as though the OP is a salesperson for Del Webb but is on TOTV. Strange!
If she likes Del Webb Ponte Verde, move there. There are lots of nice retirement communities from North Carolina to Florida.
Most of us on TOTV have made our choice.
