They don't make it easy to dump them. Tried that the past two days just to dump the tv service that I didn't need and keep the internet. They transferred me from one place to another. Then I tried the online chat and the guy got surly with me and you can tell he read my history that I was trying to cancel a service and then he wouldn't talk to me and said to call customer service. I am a GEEK try to use Twitter to @comcastcares it is supposed to be the president, it isn't but it is Comcast and it is well monitored. I got a resolution within 6 hours once. I did start with "A Senior Citizen has a question"..someone actually called me from customer service
