SECO in my opinion is an excellent company and has regular people just like us and our families working there and I don't believe they had a conspiracy to aggravate or give lip service to anyone. Mistakes and problems happen to any service. After working for a public utility company for many years you can bet they were just as upset about having to answer about what happened as those affected.
Why not ask for a tour of their operations and you will see it is not that simple....
