I'll take a NYC driver anyday, over a Florida driver. NYC drivers know how to drive, (they have to, to survive) LOL, and certainly know how to park. The only NYC people who don't have cars, are SOME of those that live in Manhattan. This is due to scarsity of public street parking, and the really expensive private parking there. However, having lived in New York for over 60 years, until I moved to TV, I do know many of those that live in Manhattan and still own and drive a car. In NYC you MUST know how to parallel park.
