We have a 2BR/2BA CYV in Pennecamp with the 1.5 car garage. For us the garage does duty as a storage area
We once parked our small SUV (Ford Escape) next to our golf cart to see how much extra room we had and it is very tight in there. The car stays on the driveway now. We also rented a second golf cart for family that visited and it was quite snug in there as well.
We love the CYV for our lifestyle and the privacy of the backyard. We always said that it would be perfect if it had a 2 car garage. If you are in the market for a new or pre-owned, there are CYV's with 2 car garages out there, not many, but they do come up for sale.
