Had Advanced do mine in 2011. T&D too busy to even meet with me. Same was true with pool by T&D . Advanced was good quality. Needed to add firm finish date with penalty. This is Florida. Manana is not even this week or this month down here. Every $ draw, they took off for a week, then two.
