When I did that (in photo below) 13 came up, and I looked at them and they say "New Listing" and they are indeed Pre-Owned New Listings.

ilovetv, Thank you for posting this guide to finding the newest preowned home listings!
If anyone from The Villages Web Development/Marketing departments reads this (which is doubtful I know), I would make two suggestions. 1. Under the price criteria add a sort feature for sorting by both high to low price and low to high price. 2. After the street address, list the village the home is in - what village a home is located in is important. For example, on two new preowned listings -- I don't know what villages the listings on Thurman Street or Dalecroft Trail are in until I click on
"View Details For VLS#__________."
