I don't know about clubs but the Lifelong Learning Center has tons of classes for about everything. Also check out Adobe Photoshop Elements Tutorials. Learn How To use Adobe Photoshop Elements with our easy to use video tutorial training.

For only $25 you get tutorials. I've bought some of theirs and they are very good.
