Yep, I'm afraid that's the policy. :  The priority golf fee, that I think is out of line, covers special prices for golf and let's you use Country Club pools. My wife and I don't use the pools but we must put up $900 a year for Priority membership if we want to play golf. After 3 years of this we are dropping out next year and will go to other golf courses. As prices rise here you can play cheaper elsewhere and they furnish the cart. :
