Nobody said anything about yelling at somebody, but if it's in Sumter county, it is against the law.
These streets are not wide enough for street parking, that's why there are no lines designating parking places.
Law or no law, it's just a matter of courtesy.
Gomoho summed it up nicely in another thread: "It's the same as the dog poop, retrieving golf balls, and a host of other issues we seem to suffer - people not being courteous or conscious of other people feelings or space. An age old problem humanity will probably always be plagued by that could simply be solved by using plain old common sense."
