That's a good observation. "Brain fog" sounds like it could be a blood sugar problem. Remember the U.S. president who used to pop jelly beans during cabinet meetings? I believe he needed the sugar to clear away the "brain fog". And after work, he was a social drinker. Again he was clearing away the brain fog, possibly by adjusting his blood sugar. In the end he developed Alzheimer's.
