I think this fight was fueled by the political forum some time ago. I think that it is very hard as we age, and become convinced of our views to have the patience and acceptance for others who do not agree with us in politics and in religion. I think I become impatient when a spade is not called a spade.
I believe that you are taking each other on, some of you, on this thread because of old wounds from that old political forum.
You cannot make a liberal think like a conservative and you can't make a conservative think like a liberal.
I think there is some hope in changing a moderate's mind.
