I meant for some unsuspecting retiree coming to Florida and purchasing a home.......where these lowlifes think they are going to cook meth.
There was another home in TV where they were making it in the attic of an elderly woman......or some room in her house. The attics are not that big.
If you check back, you will notice that it was not I who initiated this thread on meth labs.
Our Vermont drug problems are among the youth up to 30 somethings.
Not retirement age or 58 year olds who live with their mothers in a retirement community.......and possibly mow your lawns.
On another thread, it is the "youth" being rude in the new square of Brownwood that is worrisome to some people.....not the senior citizens running around alarming folks.
Murders are rare in Vermont. The last horrendous ones I can remember are the 14 year old Brooke Bennett case up in Randolph . She was "lured" by her pedophile uncle (a habitual offender in that realm) to come to a party at his place........he assaulted and strangled her and buried her body in a shallow grave.
He just copped a plea deal for life without parole. A sordid "family" story.
The other one was a snow removal guy and his gal pal who asked a respected young teacher to come and help them out, using the ruse that their car had broken down.............she drove to the spot, with her young toddler in the car.........the rest is history. She is dead. They are dragging out their potential trial. She trusted the wrong person; someone who had shoveled her driveway of snow.
Again, it was not I who initiated this negative thread.
If truth be told, we wouldn't live in the area where these young addicts are from (in our town)........of course, there is no stopping where they might decide to do their mischief.....such as breaking and entering to steal money, possessions, jewelry, etc in order to "fund" their drug habit.
All residents are unhappy with this situation in our town, but the cops are doing a great job in rounding them up and booking them.
Addiction is a serious problem in all of the United States. It's an honest wondering to "wonder" if one is buying a meth home or a home where a murder has been committed. The residue of drugs in a home can affect one's health.
All states' laws are different................so my asking any one of our realtor friends or neighbors wouldn't help answer the question about disclosure in your area of TV, correct?
