I called Physicians United Plan (PUP) today and requested information on their HMO health plan. Their toll free number is: 1-888-U-ASK-PUP

I made sure to ask for their booklet of providers. If you don't ask for it, you might not get it. And I think it will be important to actually call some of the providers to make sure they are participating in the plan.

They said I will get all the information in 7 to 10 days. Once I get it and read it I'll be glad to give my opinion of it.
