:dontknow:Hard to tell how many are "snowbirds" but it sure is easier to get tee times and get into one of the many restaurants during the summer months. Traffic can be a problem in summer and winter.
My insurance went up 45% last month. >  I took on more deductable and cut it a little. It's really not fun paying for the one's living on the coast. If they can afford beach property they can afford to pay for the insurance.
