Last week they broke ground on the last 5 lots on the west side of Regency. Here's three shots from our front yard:
One builder got the first 4 in a row and the last one is a different builder. There's one vacant lot on the east side of Regency with no signs of breaking ground (lot #69). I think the 5 lots on the west side of Euclid will start in the next 2 weeks.
