Not at all. In order to hold down costs for the Medicare Advantage plan to a premium folks can live with, not everything can be paid for.
I see a really interesting trend that the same folks who want more benefits also want lower premiums. You have to pick one or the other. The costs have to be covered from somewhere. The plans that try to do both (like PCP) tend to lose a lot of money and go away.
